The Ashtan Sarovar Portico, New Delhi

I had a challenging stay at this hotel. The location near the metro station is a definite plus, which made commuting easy. Unfortunately, the room I was assigned had a persistent smoke smell, despite being a non-smoking room. The service was lacking, especially when I needed assistance while I was feeling unwell. Overall, the hotel felt more rundown than expected for its rating, and I left feeling quite disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at the Ashton Sarova Portico Hotel. The vibe felt like a home away from home, and I was thrilled to celebrate my birthday there with a sweet surprise of cake! The cleanliness and excellent housekeeping stood out, but I do hope to revisit soon for more delightful memories.
